AVP, Technical Program Management (TPM) Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a
Technical Project Management Lead
to head the TPM function within IS - DBE. This role will define and uphold the delivery standards, metrics, and practices that underpin StarHub's digital engineering model. As TPM Lead, you will: Manage a team of Technical Project Managers distributed across DXP domains. Partner closely with IS Senior leadership, Domain & System Owners (DOs & SOs), Journey Solution Designers (SDs), Release Program Managers (RPMs), and Solution Architects (SAs). Drive predictable delivery, visibility, and quality across teams aligned to StarHub's consumer, enterprise, and operational journeys.
This role reports into the Information Systems – VP of Delivery & Business Enablement (DBE) and is responsible for orchestrating StarHub's digital delivery model and enabling DevOps-based execution across domains for our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team. The
