Institutional Banking Group (IBG) provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long‑standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

This role sits within the IBG COO Office and is responsible for leading end‑to‑end strategic transformation initiatives and governance frameworks across IBG. It is a high‑impact, front‑to‑back role combining strategy, execution and governance, with direct exposure to senior management forums and decision‑making.
