AVP/VP1, Hybrid Credit Analyst cum Relationship Manager - FIG

Job Description

• Prepare internal credit ratings & reviews for FIG/corporate clients, ensuring full compliance with the Bank's credit policies, principles, lending direction, and approval guidelines.
• Assess creditworthiness on an ongoing basis, including ability to meet obligations; monitor performance, sector/market developments and adverse news, and proactively flag issues with recommended risk actions.
• Own end-to-end credit work for new/renewal deals, gather requirements, analyse financials, perform due diligence, identify key risks, propose mitigants/conditions/covenants, and produce high-quality credit submissions for approval.
• Engage clients directly (RM element) via calls/meetings/site visits where needed to obtain financial statements, clarify business/funding model, validate transaction rationale, and support information requests and timelines.
