AWS Production Support Engineer - Recutify Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Cloud Platform Services across AWS environments, ensuring high availability and SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for networking, IAM, compute, storage, monitoring, and security components.
• Maintain and enhance IaC‑based platforms using AWS CDK, Terraform, and CloudFormation, and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment.
• Assist application teams with cloud onboarding, access management, and operational support, acting as a technical liaison between development and operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.
