Job Description
Coverage Details: • Schedule Details: 11hr shifts, 7a-6p, day shift only.
Work Details: • Department Description: typically adult trauma surgery, locum is expected to take part in receiving patients from other facilities as trauma transfers. Burns are transferred out. • Patient Volume: 10-12 • Patient Age Group: adults, occasionally peds • EMR/Documentation System: Epic
Requirements: • Are Board Certifications Req'd?: BC in trauma surgery • Which State License(s) Req'd?: SC • Certifications Req'd?: ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS • Any additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean backgrounds only, name+NPI for name clear
Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days with SC license, 90-120 without.
Are you willing To License?: Yes, but highly prefer not to due to longer privs process Is IMLC Accepted?: NO
Which travel is billable: all travel billable Rates: $214/hr; OT/vacation is $288.90/hr (1.35x)
