Responsibilities
- Prepare kitchen equipment: Set up, clean, organize, and stage equipment including hot boxes, Chef Garde Manager stations, speed racks, and Queen Marys
- Support inventory management: Assist with receiving deliveries and properly storing/organizing stock
- Assist with food service: Help with plating, dish‑ups, and transporting prepared items
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
- Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being
