The below screenings are required for all supervisor positions regardless of length and results must be received prior to assignment start date.
o Supervisor roles include the following: 61E LP-1st Shift | 61E LP-2nd Shift | 61E LP-3rd Shift (updated 01/26/2024)
• Federal – 7-year address history, current & previous name
• Employment – last 3 years done by local Branch
• Verbal confirmation acceptable and must be documented on associate profile
