B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — High Fixed Salary + Commission

We are hiring a strong B2B cold caller / appointment setter in Pakistan for outbound calling campaigns targeting small and medium businesses in international markets. This is a serious sales role, not a basic VA job. You will call business owners and decision-makers to test and validate B2B service offers including:
Help desk / customer support services
- Website design
- Logo / branding services
- Software development services
- Other B2B service offers
The purpose of this role is to generate real conversations, identify interest, book qualified calls, and help us improve our offer based on market feedback. You will be given scripts, call lists, offer angles, and instructions. Your job is to make calls, handle objections, document responses, and help us understand what the market actually wants.
