A B2B distributor of various product categories to blue-collar work sectors seeks a Customer Service leader. The candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and an eye for automation/system upgrades and efficiencies, while managing an effective, nimble team. The company is a fast-moving environment with distribution areas locally, North Carolina and Chicago. Growing and well-managed. Seeking someone with a strategic mindset, adaptable, an ability to make judgment decisions, and work collaboratively with other departments. Strongly prefer experience within inventory, distribution, manufacturing, delivery, or B2B retail environments.
