Our client is a well‑established successful Auckland based Advertising Agency with a clear point of difference that has been instrumental in its access to and long relationships with some very well‑known brands. The owner is looking for a strong capable leader as Business Director/General Manager who will have overall responsibility for new business development and for the day‑to‑day management of the agency. Over time this person will invest in the business and acquire equity and eventually own the business. This person could come from an Agency background or may be a senior marketer in a corporate business who understands what makes a strong agency stand out from the pack.
