B2B SaaS Account Growth Lead

Proton in Bellprat, Spain is seeking an Account Management Lead to scale our Account Management and Customer Success function. This role is pivotal in driving expansion revenue while improving customer retention and ensuring our clients derive significant value from Proton’s B2B products.

The successful applicant will lead a team, collaborate across departments, and establish scalable processes. We're looking for someone with at least six years of relevant experience in Account Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS context.
