**Job Title**:Sales Manager
**Location**:Remote (Home Office - Russia)
**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Conduct negotiations and close commercial agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in international trade or related industries is an advantage
