About the Role
As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a strategic role in driving the growth of our fertilizer and herbicide business by leveraging deep market expertise and strong industry relationships. Acting as a trusted advisor to the specialist team, you will identify market opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and strengthen partnerships with key customers and suppliers across the plantation industry.
This role requires extensive knowledge of fertilizer products (Urea, NPK, Borate, Kaptan, etc.), market dynamics, pricing trends, and the competitive landscape. You will work closely with commercial teams to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term customer relationships.
