**B2C Content & Lifecycle Coordinator**
Team: Growth / Marketing | Manager: Marketing Manager | Type: Full-time, remote (Americas time zones) |
**What you'll do**:
- Write and schedule daily social posts (Instagram, TikTok, X) that speak to a consumer audience.
- Keep a 30-day content calendar up to date and flag gaps early.
- Design quick-turn graphics and short videos in Canva or CapCut—no agency delays.
- Reply to DMs and comments to keep the community engaged.
- Track basic metrics (opens, clicks, follows, views) in Google Sheets and share a weekly recap.
- Maintain tidy lists in the CRM and tag contacts for future campaigns.
**Must-have experience**:
- 0-2 years in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships count).
- Comfortable writing short-form copy that feels human and on-brand.
- Working knowledge of Canva **or** CapCut and a portfolio link with at least two samples.
