We are seeking a back-end software engineer to join a greenfield enterprise platform built for a leading nonprofit fundraising services organization.
This is a fast-moving, AI-accelerated development environment where engineers use AI agents as a force multiplier — not a replacement for engineering judgment.
This role requires a strong individual contributor who can design and build enterprise-grade back-end systems, make independent technical decisions, and articulate every choice they make with clarity and conviction.
