Back Office - Banking (Madrid)

At Winning Consulting, we are seeking a Back Office - Banking to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Madrid (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience in settling fixed income and equities corporate actions; analyze, monitor, and verify incoming corporate action information and counterparty claims on all events (i.e.: voluntary and mandatory events). Initiate payments.
• Evaluating and reconciling the company's books and records with clearinghouses and banks.
• Identifying all eligible holders, developing and ensuring to distribute notifications related to corporate market events complex in nature.
• Resolving all discrepancies, ensuring to take action on everyday matters as well as inquiries from all external clients plus internal departments.
