Job Description
We are hiring a Back Office Executive to support operational, administrative, and clerical functions. This role ensures smooth workflow behind the scenes, maintaining records, data entry, and assisting front‑office or management staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain company records, files, and documentation
- Perform data entry, reports, and analysis as required
- Assist in accounting, payroll, or HR tasks if needed
- Support front office and management teams with daily operations
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and internal reports
- Update and maintain databases and filing systems
