Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
To provide process engineering support for manufacturing line and responsible for improving and maintaining equipment efficiency which lead to quality and yield improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform molding equipment maintenance, molding process and improvements which are to be attained through practical use of statistical tool methods, data extraction and analysis.
- To conduct machine life span studies and equipment maintenance cost reduction.
- Ownership on operational indicators such as safety, machine OEE, UPH, MTBA line yield and machine defect reduction.
- Budgeting, capital planning and capacity installation.
- Support process and engineering development for NPI.
- To drive equipment improvement and efficiencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
