Job Description
We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake items such as bread, cakes, pastries, buns and desserts
- Assist in dough preparation, mixing, proofing and baking processes
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Decorate cakes and pastries (for Baker role)
