Job Description
**Hiring Baking & Lab Technician**
_1st shift: 7am-3:30pm_
_$18.15hr (Weekly Pay)_
**Position Summary**
This role supports product quality and process consistency by preparing baked goods according to established formulas and procedures and by performing routine in-process and finished-product laboratory tests. The ideal candidate brings hands-on baking experience; laboratory testing methods will be trained.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and bake products following approved formulas, work instructions, and production schedules.
+ Execute in-process checks and finished-product evaluations (e.g., weight, dimensions, moisture, texture, pH, Brix, water activity, or other site-specific tests) and accurately document results.
+ Collect, label, and handle samples using good manufacturing practices (GMPs), sanitation, and food safety requirements.
