The primary function of the Baler Operator is to operate the hogger by hogging up all unusable scrap/sheets in neat bales and delivering the bales to the appropriate storage area. 

Primary Duties 

•Maintain inventories of baling wire, tags and scrap bales

•Load bales on trailers, not to exceed 43,000 pounds

•Log all loaded bales on log sheet

•Blow out the scales three times per shift

•Blow out the baler two times per shift

•Keep scrap area clean
