Bancassurance (Contact Centre), Executive
Full-Time
- Assist in the daily in bound call and email enquiries.
- Assist in outbound call campaign activities.
- Assist in Bancassurance email blast activities.
- Assist in complaint case investigation.
Job requirement
- Degree / Diploma holders preferably in Insurance or Business Studies.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Previous work experience in the Call Centre will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Focus on Customers.
