Job Description

Medacs Healthcare are currenty looking fro experience Community Mental Health Nurse to work with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust
Band 6 - RMN Staff Nurse2 x a week. Tue + Fri 9.00-17.00 Address : Fulb Old Drift, Fulbourn, Cambridge CB21 5EE Start as soon as possible 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments for children and young people, including risk assessment and management
Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans in line with service user needs
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a CAMHS setting
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with external agencies (e.g. schools, social care)
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in line with NMC and organisational standards
Provide support, guidance, and psychoeducation to patients and their families/carers
