For one of Asia’s most celebrated vertical dining destinations. We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sommelier to curate and elevate our wine program, guide guests through world-class pairings, and help maintain the standards that have earned us global recognition.

The Sommelier will be the custodian of one of Bangkok’s most prestigious wine programmes, working alongside our Michelin-starred culinary team to deliver an extraordinary beverage experience. The ideal candidate brings deep wine expertise, a guest-centric approach, and the ambition to operate at the highest level of fine dining. International experience in high-end Bars / hotels as a Sommelier is mandatory.
