Spire Wellesley Hospital has 3 Theatres (2 laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit, a 33 bedded Surgical Ward covering a wide variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynae, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, ENT.

Role Overview

The Health & Safety Assistant supports the delivery of a safe clinical and non-clinical environment by assisting with the implementation of the organisation’s Health & Safety policies and procedures. A key responsibility of the role is delivering Face Fit Testing and Manual Handling Training, ensuring that all staff—including clinical, support, and frontline personnel—are competent and compliant with healthcare safety standards.
