About the job: +Daily monitoring of outstanding items in the depository reconciliation system
: Sending letters and contacting various sources to resolve issues. Documenting actions related to missing deposits, lost checks, incorrect deposits, etc. Creating journal vouchers for resolved items. +Assisting in month-end close
: Submitting JV entries to the Oracle system. Completing assigned bank reconciliations. +Handling calls, questions, and correspondence
with store managers, banks, and division management. +Maintaining accurate records
