We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Plas Cae Crwn. You will work with older people in residential care, helping to deliver high‑quality support to our service users. You will use care technology, write care plans and support the team to deliver the service.

• Build strong relationships with service users, family, friends and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care plans, including writing up notes and updates.
• Keep the Line Manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress.
