Draft, review, and negotiate corporate lending and wholesale banking documentation, including revolving credit facilities and term loans.
Manage cross‑border stakeholders and offshore lending matters (preferably UK jurisdiction)
Provide legal guidance on regulatory issues impacting business operations and identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Debt Advisory Legal professional should have:
A degree in law from a recognised institution.
 Strong expertise in corporate lending & wholesale banking within BFSI/Law Firms
