Job Description
OVERVIEW
HRSI is conducting an executive search on behalf of a leading global bank in Pakistan. The Head of Retail leads the growth and success of the bank's retail digital banking unit. You will own multiple P&Ls across a fully functional digital bank spanning strategy, products, client experience, distribution ecosystems, risk management, data analytics, digital channels, and Pakistan's national cash digitization agenda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital banking
- Grow the retail digital portfolio
- Build and manage digital channels & apps
- Develop P.A.A.S and B.A.S.S strategy
- Lead product owners & software teams
