POSITION SUMMARY:
Properly set, clean and maintain all function rooms, service corridors, storerooms and public function areas in a safe, accident-free manner. Provide excellent customer service and work closely with guests, Sales, and the Food and Beverage departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
Check the server's and house person’s BEOs to ensure that all information is accurate.Set rooms, buffets, and tables according to BEO specifications and Supervisor instructions. Check electrical hook-ups for proper working order and tape down all exposed cords for equipment in use.Perform all guest contact activities or guest requests with a cordial, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to excellence.Ensure that all storerooms are clean, organized and secured.
