Role Description
We are looking for a Banquet Manager to oversee banquet and event operations within a 5-star hotel environment in West Java (Bandung)
The role requires strong operational leadership across event setup, service execution, coordination with kitchen and service teams, manpower planning, guest handling, and overall banquet performance. This position is focused on execution, consistency, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.
