Banquet Sales & Event Coordinator

Indigo Heights Hotel is seeking a dynamic, professional, and results-driven Banquet Sales & Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in banquet sales, client relationship management, event coordination, and revenue generation within hotels, banquet halls, event venues, or hospitality organizations.
This role requires an individual who can confidently meet clients, understand their event requirements, negotiate and close deals, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure successful event execution from inquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate banquet and event sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle inquiries for weddings, corporate events, conferences, seminars, birthdays, and social gatherings.
Meet clients, conduct venue tours, and present banquet packages professionally.
