Banquet Service Lead – Guest Satisfaction Expert

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Petaling Jaya seeks an experienced Banquet Server to manage guest interactions and oversee banquet functions. You will communicate service needs to the culinary team, ensure set-up and presentation meet standards, and develop positive relationships with guests and coworkers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a related field and 1 year in a supervisory role. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and attention to detail.
