Job Summary
Lead and manage bar operations at our waterfront Sentosa restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective team training, inventory management, and quality control while maintaining optimal staffing and service standards.
Responsibilities
Develop, motivate, manage, and train bar team members to enhance performance and service quality
Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and resolve staffing conflicts promptly
Train and supervise bar staff to ensure comprehensive knowledge of liquor and cocktail preparation and service
