Job Description
BAR MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- must have experience & able to socialise with customer.
- must be able to handle shift works as operations is from 6am to 12pm.
- must be able to help & teach the staff to provide excellent services to customer
- must have food hygiene certificate.
- prefer applicant to have more experience in bistro bar service industry
- doesn't mind working environment is with alcohol, non halal food environment.
- design/ decorations event party for company functions or private party events
- able to handle customer services & complaints (if any)
- must have knowledge on wine & liquor.
- must have basic cashier knowledge
- must know types of cocktails & bartender knowledge
