Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar and Nightclub Manager for one of our well-established clients in Dingle, Co. Kerry

As a Nightclub Manager, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for nightlife entertainment. You will ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining high standards of service, safety, and entertainment.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ Years Bar and Nightclub Manager experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment with a strong work ethic essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and inventory control.
