Job Description
The Bar Person is responsible for preparing and serving premium beverages while ensuring smooth bar operations to an exceptional 5-star standard.
- Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to hotel recipes and standards
- Recommend drinks and specials to enhance guest experience
- Control and perform stocktakes both monthly and for daily use purpose of the Bar and order any needed item
- Clears tables and all chinaware, silverware, glassware and return to dishwasher area.
- Able to work/help the restaurant if needed or requested.
- Have a thorough understanding of the POS system
