Barback (Spanish Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Stocking and replenishing bar inventory (alcohol, mixers, garnishes, etc.)
• Cleaning and organizing bar area including glassware, utensils, and surfaces
• Assisting bartenders with tasks such as preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and restocking supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the back‑of‑house areas
• Helping to maintain a safe and sanitary environment by following health and safety regulations
• Providing excellent guest service by promptly fulfilling requests and assisting guests as needed
• Handling cash transactions if requiredAssisting with opening and closing duties as directed by management
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Occasionally assisting with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
