Job Description

The barista is responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold coffee beverages, welcoming customers, operating the POS system, and keeping the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role requires strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including the use of espresso machines, along with excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive and enjoyable guest experience.
Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in food service is often preferred but not required.
Skills: Ability to handle, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn quickly.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and carry heavy items (e.g., milk crates, coffee bags).
Education: A high school diploma or GED is often preferred.
