Core Responsibilities Coffee Craft: Craft espresso and milk-based coffee with absolute precision, consistency, and respect for the character of the bean. Guest Engagement: Create a welcoming interaction with guests. Guide them through the coffee offering when appropriate, sharing genuine insight into origin, flavor profile, and preparation.
