Barista

Overview

Barista is responsible for the preparation and service of drinks/yogurt with friendly and personalized attention towards each customer. Barista is also responsible for educating customers about our premium products. He shall fulfill any other duties assigned by Store Manager, ASM, and Team Leader. Barista should represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Making and serving drinks and other products according to standards and on a timely manner.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner and reporting them to the Manager on Duty.
• Performing cashiers duties (Bar Cashier).
• Replenishing products/ingredients at par level.
• Updating the brew coffee of the day.
• Taking inventory count at bar counter on a daily basis.
