Requirements Sound knowledge of coffee beans and flavour profiles. Ability to consistently prepare a variety of coffee styles (espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, americano, etc.) to a high standard. Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Strong customer service skills – friendly, professional, and welcoming. Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with professional communication skills. Ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure, especially during peak hours. High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, ensuring machines and workstations are always clean. Strong teamwork and collaboration with fellow shop staff.
