**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will be responsible for guest engagement and overall quality and satisfaction of the coffee shop. You will also model and act according to the Starbucks guiding principle, and the Choctaw Casino & Resort mission statement. You will report to the Venue Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Take orders and fulfill orders correctly and promptly.
2. Promote the Choctaw Culture and the mission of Starbucks.
3. Adhere to the cash handling audit policy.
4. Maintain all Barista steps of service.
5. Attend all Starbucks training and department meetings.
