Job Responsibilities: 1. Drink Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Mix cocktails and other drinks based on standard or custom recipes
- Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation
- Recommend beverages based on customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle special requests or complaints politely and promptly
- Monitor bar stock and restock as needed
- Receive and check incoming stock
- Assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware
