Job Summary
The Barman is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. The role ensures efficient bar operations, maintains beverage quality standards, and creates a positive guest experience in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend drinks and menu pairings to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor and replenish bar stocks, supplies, and garnishes.
