Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Engage guests to understand preferences and recommend suitable drinks
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
- Create a welcoming and vibrant bar atmosphere
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages and menu offerings
- Comply with sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- 1–3 years of relevant bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages
- Experience in pre-opening teams is an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, split shifts, weekends & PH
