Responsibilities
- Serve guests in accordance with Sofitels standards for food and beverage quality presentation and sanitation ensuring a gracious and professional experience at all times.
- Demonstrate pride in all aspects of service including quality appearance and cleanliness both personally and within your area of responsibility.
- Understand and adhere to all Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and actively seek opportunities to suggest and implement improvements.
- Professionally set up the bar at the beginning of each shift including preparing liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes in accordance with operational standards.
- Accurately process drink orders in the correct sequence, verify order quantities and manage billing promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare all cocktails according to Sofitels standard beverage manual ensuring the use of proper techniques and standard measures.
