Bartender-New Modern California Bistro & Lounge Opening

Objective/Purpose of the Position The Bartender crafts and serves beverages to the highest standard while delivering engaging, professional hospitality at the bar of a fast-paced, elevated California bistro.

This role executes the cocktail and wine program with consistency and serves alcohol responsibly.

The Bartender works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to uphold beverage standards and responsible alcohol service.

Tasks/Responsibilities Beverage Execution •  Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages to recipe and presentation standards. •  Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service. •  Manage bar inventory, par levels, and waste; communicate ordering needs to management.
