Job Overview
We are looking for a Batch Operations Support Engineer to support BAU operations and project activities across batch scheduling and file transfer platforms. The role involves ensuring smooth execution, monitoring, and optimization of batch processes in a 24x7 support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Batch Operations & Support (40%–60%)
- Perform batch job deployment, configuration, execution, and recovery
- Monitor and ensure successful completion of batch processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve batch-related issues
Solutioning & Optimization (20%–30%)
- Participate in solution discussions for new batch requirements
