Responsibilities
- Provide excellent phone-based customer service and represent the Hy-Tec brand
- Take orders, finalise sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs
- Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Order raw materials as needed
